Congratulations to Jennifer Gutierrez, Storm Lake Rotary Club’s September Student of the Month!
Jennifer, a senior at Storm Lake High School, is an exemplary student and community leader. She serves as senior class president, earned multiple varsity letters, ranks in the top 5 of her class, and has been recognized with an All-State Speech nomination. Jennifer also gave a graduation speech at Drake University for BH.
In addition to her school achievements, Jennifer dedicates
her time to serving others. She has volunteered with Des Moines Opportunity, Kiwanis donation drives, and helped with tornado relief efforts through All Saints Episcopal Church. She aspires to attend a four-year university to study social justice, specifically focusing on immigration legal work.
